Use two Wordpress installs, each with its own databases. One for the outside tour and signup pages and another Wordpress install that's in a password protected (use htpasswd) /members directory.

Converting videos to h264 for mobile devices

Some software has iphone presets. Do NOT use those presets. They won't stream to Android based devices if you use an embed like jwplayer. It has something to do with the marker that the presets place in the header. So use customized mp4 instead. It took me an age to work out that little dilemma.
